Reports suggest that RenShine Solar has completed the construction of its 1.2 MW perovskite rooftop distributed power station. The plant is reportedly generating power and was connected to the grid on September 29.
The company says the plant’s power generation exceeded 3,000 kWh/day on its first day.
Calling it the ‘world's largest perovskite power station project,’ the Company has installed 9,300 of its commercial perovskite modules, measuring 1.2 m × 0. 6 m commercial modules with an average module power of 130 W.
It is expected to generate 1.55 million kWh of electricity annually, reduce CO2 emissions by 1,524 tons, and save 502.8 tons of standard coal.
