Phenosolar is a tech company based in Shenzhen, China, focused on the research and development of perovskite thin film solar modules. The team consists of 30+ international research fellows that have all joined together for the advancement of perovskite solar technology.
Currently, Phenosolar has a 1200 sqm research facility and pilot line that can produce 400cm2 modules with over 20% efficiency. Phenosolar also develops wide-bandgap perovskite films suitable for perovskite/silicon tandem modules as well as high transparency BIPV (building integrated photovoltaics) applications.
Phenosolar currently has a third party certified solar cell efficiency of 25.9% (0.04cm2) and has passed stability testing of over 200 cycles at -40 to +80 degrees celcius at 85% RH.
Phenosolar is currently developing a pilot production line capable of producing square-meter sized perovskite modules.
